I am so psyched about this event!  Extraordinary musician and Columbia alumnus Emmanuel Ax (CC ’61) is coming to Portland for a series of shows, and we have arranged for a special event for us.  On Sunday April 7, we will have a block of tickets for us for his concert at 2pm at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.  The event also includes a reception nearby at Jackrabbit, where Mr. Ax will stop by to spend time with us.  The event will cost $80 per person, and the deadline to sign up is Friday March 29 as we need to give our headcount to the Oregon Symphony two weeks in advance.
